Dinner with our American Fren-Al
Had a wondeful dinner with Al and his wife Elaine. We made Bah Kut Teh, Chicken curry and sambal prawns, while they served us with an excellent orange marmalade chicken (best home cooked chicken I have tasted) , tender chicken covered in crispy caramelized marmalade, salad and brown rice. The rice is really good, texture is very different, uniquely American I guess. Had an enjoyable evening. Oh and they house was very beautiful..........with very cosy decor
